Our business operates from a factory in the industrial area of Eltham, to get here just take Susan Rd from Bunnings and we are at the entrance just past the roller skating rink. The location is security gated but will be open for a 6:30 am pick up and until 6pm for drop off. If you need to operate outside of these hours lets us know and we can accommodate. Once you go in the complex we are the 5th building on your left. The roller door should be open or the machine will be out in the car park. Just drive in and reverse up to it. If you can’t see the machine come in the door that says P&T Carrol and you will find us in there.
*Diggermate locations are only accessible by appointment, we will meet you onsite at the agreed time. This location has pick up time at 6:30am and drop off at 6pm unless otherwise arranged.

Booking was seamless. The online form is straightforward and when I called Craig to clarify signing and a couple of details he was great to work with. Don’t be put off by the “sign everything” template the site sends - give Craig … More a call. All very upfront. The machine was great. Trailer in good shape. Four different buckets. And very fair cost to refuel.
Update: second rental even better - brand new machine. Two machines now and the second getting serviced. Again no hassles. Great working with Craig. Thanks. -
